These Terms govern use of forjsports.com and all services provided by FORJ Sports Pvt. Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
1. The Company
FORJ Sports Pvt. Ltd., CIN: U93110UW2026PTC250785. Incorporated 22 March 2026 under the Companies Act 2013. Registered office: 91 Springboard, A-130, A Block, Sector 63, Noida — 201309, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Services
Corporate sports event management, multi-sport leagues, leadership development, sports infrastructure, academy programmes, and sports culture services. Scope, deliverables and fees are specified in a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Bookings
Website enquiries are not binding contracts. Binding agreements form upon execution of a signed SOW and receipt of the agreed advance payment. FORJ may decline any enquiry.
4. Payment
50% non-refundable advance on SOW signing. Balance due 7 days before event. All fees ex-GST. Late payments attract 2% monthly interest. Non-payment entitles FORJ to cancel without liability.
5. Cancellation
30+ days before: 25% retained · 15–30 days: 50% retained · Under 15 days: 100% retained. Force majeure events may allow rescheduling without penalty at FORJ's discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
Providing accurate participant information · Ensuring participants are medically fit for sport · Obtaining internal approvals · Complying with venue rules and FORJ guidelines.
7. Liability
FORJ's total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific event. FORJ is not liable for participant injuries from voluntary sport participation, indirect/consequential losses, or force majeure events. Client indemnifies FORJ against third-party claims from client negligence or breach.
8. Health & Safety
Sport carries inherent physical risks. FORJ provides trained first-aid staff. Clients must inform employees of risks and ensure those with health conditions obtain medical clearance before participating.
9. Intellectual Property
All forjsports.com content is FORJ's property. Event photography and video produced by FORJ remain FORJ's property; clients receive a perpetual licence for internal and promotional use with FORJ attribution.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by Indian law. Disputes first subject to 30-day good-faith negotiation, then arbitration in Noida under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (sole arbitrator, English language).
