A well-run corporate team outing in India typically costs between ₹1,500 and ₹4,500 per head, depending on the format, location, catering, and number of participants. FORJ provides a detailed cost breakdown in every proposal — no hidden charges. Most HR teams find the per-head cost comparable to a standard offsite, but with significantly higher engagement and memory value.

FORJ has run team outings for groups as small as 40 people and as large as 2,000. Our formats scale: box cricket and 5-a-side football work well for 40–200 people, while multi-sport corporate Olympics formats are designed for 200–2,000. We adjust the number of grounds, referees, and schedule accordingly.

FORJ currently operates across Delhi NCR (including Gurgaon and Noida), and is expanding to Mumbai and Bangalore. For Delhi NCR events, we have access to 12+ vetted sports venues. We can also organise events at venue locations of your choice if you have a preferred property.

For events up to 200 people, we can typically execute within 2–3 weeks. For large events of 500+ people, we recommend 4–6 weeks minimum. We'll send a proposal within 24 hours of your initial enquiry — even for urgent requests.

Yes — this is central to how we design every FORJ event. We always include at least one non-athletic activity (tug-of-war, relay races, or a challenge format) to ensure that physical fitness is not a barrier to participation or contribution. Our event designs are specifically built around the principle that sport is for everyone.

Every FORJ proposal includes: venue options with address and facilities, full schedule from arrival to closing ceremony, equipment list, referee/umpire arrangements, catering options, photography coverage, team kit options, trophy and medal specifications, and a total cost breakdown. We send it within 24 hours of your briefing call.
